In order to connect your Easee charger to ev.energy, you’ll first need to make sure that you have selected ev.energy (UK) as an operator in the Easee app or portal. To do this in the Easee app: 


- Find your charger in the Easee app

- Swipe down and select Site settings

- Under General, select Operator (If your site is connected to an operator, this will be displayed here)

- To change the operator, select Edit

- Select ev.energy (UK) from the list of available operators


To do this in the Easee portal:


- Find the site where you want to choose the operator

- Select Tools

- Select Operator

- Select ev.energy (UK) from the list of available operators


Once you’ve done this and if you haven’t already, download the ev.energy app and tap on “Create an account” to follow the onboarding process. If you already have an account, please tap on “Log in”. 

The app will guide you through the process of adding your car, charger, home address and energy supplier. On the charger page, we will need to assign the charger to your account. 

Just reach out to support@ev.energy by email or through the app, and provide us with the email address used to create the ev.energy account, your charger serial number and home address. We will set this up, and let you know once it is connected so you can start using all the benefits of the ev.energy app!
