My Easee charger can't be found

If you have onboarded your Easee charger using these instructions and your charger can't be found reach out to support@ev.energy and provide us with the email address used to create the ev.energy account, your charger serial number and home address. 


We will set this up, and let you know once it is connected so you can start using the ev.energy app!
