I can’t find my tariff

If you are unable to locate your supplier or tariff in the available options, simply select the "Try another method" option. This selection will prompt you to enter your tariff details manually. It is crucial to ensure that the information you provide is accurate and matches the details of your electricity bill.



Once you submit this information, a member of our dedicated support team will process your request and add the tariff to our system. We will update your account accordingly and notify you as soon as the tariff is ready for use.


Alternatively, you can select the option "Email my energy bill" or email a copy of your bill to [email protected].


Please note that both of these processes can take up to 3 days, as we may need to verify the information with you to ensure its accuracy. Kindly keep an eye out for our emails during this period.

Note: We use this to provide an estimate of your energy usage, cost and savings. The real cost of charging your car is dependent on your supplier.
