I can't integrate my vehicle

If your vehicle is not integrating, here are some steps to troubleshoot:

 

  1. Ensure that your vehicle is compatible with our platform. You can check the list of supported vehicles on our website.
  2. If the app does not recognise your car registration, try entering your vehicle details manually. If your car isn’t listed, please get in touch with support at [email protected] with your car details.
  3. When setting up your car during the app onboarding process, if you select a compatible model, you will be asked to connect your vehicle. The app will redirect you to a secure login portal to enter your login credentials used for your connected car app, such as MyBMW, MyVolkswagen, etc. Ensure that you complete this step.
  4. Check your login credentials. Make sure that the correct details are entered. Sometimes an incorrect password or username can cause issues

If you change your mind and no longer want to grant access, go to Settings > Vehicle > Select the vehicle you wish to disconnect > Unlink.
