I can't set up my car, because it's missing from the list in the app

When you create an account, we'll ask you to input your car details. This is to ensure we charge your car to the correct amount for your battery. 


Sometimes, vehicles that are new to the market are missing from our database. If your car isn't listed in the manual selection list, please get in touch on support@ev.energy and we'll get that added to our system. 


Whilst we add that, you can alternatively select any other vehicle with the same battery size (the battery size is listed next to "trims"). If you drive a Tesla, you can select any other Tesla and then connect your Tesla account - we'll automatically pull in your correct car details.
