Boost charging will only be available when you are at home, have smart charging turned on and a smart charging session is active or scheduled for later.
If smart charging is turned on, and you cannot boost charge, check that a smart charging session is set up. If you've only just connected to the charger, you may need to wait a little longer.
If smart charging is turned off, you won't be able to boost charge as we aren't controlling charging. Charging should happen as soon as you connect the vehicle to the charger. If this doesn't happen, check that the settings within the vehicle aren't stopping an immediate charge.
