Incentives

The SmartCharge New York program offers the following incentives.

Con Edison

$25 sign up incentive, paid out after three months of logging at least one charging session in the Con Edison service territory, per month. The months do not need to be consecutive, and a charge of >1kWh is required.
$0.10/kWh for all energy that is delivered during the off-peak period, in the Con Edison service territory. The off-peak period is 12am-8am.

Orange & Rockland

$25 sign up incentive, paid out after three months of logging at least one charging session in the Orange & Rockland service territory, per month. The months do not need to be consecutive, and a charge of >1kWh is required.
$0.07/kWh for all energy that is delivered during the off-peak period, in the Orange & Rockland service territory. The off-peak period is 12am-8am.

These incentives are paid out monthly, as a lump sum. All charging that has taken place between January 1st-March 31st 2023 will be paid out in late April 2023. Going forward, all incentives will be paid monthly.
