LED colour | State | What to do |
White | Bootup | If white light remains for more than 10 minutes, please power cycle the charger. |
Flashing Blue | Ready | If the car is already plugged in:
If the issue persists, please power cycle the charger. |
Flashing green | Car plugged in, not charging | Check if the car requires charging at this time. If car does require charging and is not charging, please power cycle the charger. |
Green | Charging | If car is not charging:

Yellow | Paused | Charger is paused due to load management, charging schedules or car settings. please check that all will allow for charging. |
Cyan | Random delay | Car will start charging within 10 minutes. |
Flashing Blue/Green | Firmware is updating | Wait for this to complete. Allow up to 30 minutes. |
Flashing RED/Green | Tamper detect activated | Please power cycle the charger following the instructions below this table. If it the issue persists, further intervention is required. Please contact ev.energy support for assistance. |
Red | Error state |
