What to do if there are no lights on my Smart Pioneer display?

If there are no lights on your Smart Pioneer:


Does an EV connect to the Smart Pioneer when the charging connector is plugged in? 


- If the answer is no, it’s potentially a Mains Supply Issue. 

Check that ALL RCD and Selector Switches supplying the device are turned ON.


- If yes, it’s potentially a Front Interface Panel issue. 

Arrange a Site Visit with Indra to inspect the Ribbon cable connectivity.
