How do I connect my Wallbox charger to a network?

Modified on Mon, 13 Jan at 9:35 AM

Connecting your Wallbox charger to a Wi-Fi network is simple! Follow these steps:

1. Ensure App and Charger are Set Up

‍‍Before proceeding, make sure you have already downloaded the Wallbox app and added the charger. If you haven't done so yet, refer to the "How do I connect my Wallbox charger to the Wallbox App" section in the app.

2. Access Configuration

‍‍Open the Wallbox app and navigate to the top right corner where you'll find the configuration button (it looks like a settings button).

3. Enter Connectivity Settings

‍‍Once in the Configuration section, locate and select the 'Connectivity' option. Here, you'll find settings related to connectivity, including Wi-Fi.

4. Connect to Wi-Fi

‍‍If the option to connect to Wi-Fi is greyed out, it may be because you need to establish a Bluetooth connection first. Connect your device to the charger via Bluetooth, then attempt to connect to Wi-Fi again.

‍‍If you're still unable to connect to Wi-Fi, try unpairing the Bluetooth connection from the unit and repairing the device again. This may refresh the connection and make the Wi-Fi button available.

5. Pair via Wi-Fi

‍‍Once you've successfully paired the device via Bluetooth, select the Wi-Fi button and retry pairing the device to the network.

6. Confirmation

‍‍After successfully connecting to the Wi-Fi network, you should see a Wi-Fi connectivity icon displayed in the top right corner of the app.

By following these steps, your Wallbox charger should now be connected to your Wi-Fi network, allowing for seamless management and control. If you encounter any issues or have further questions, feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance.
