Issues connecting your Wallbox charger to network after connecting OCPP

If the OCPP tab is not appearing in the settings or if you encounter a situation where the connectivity is disabled (greyed out), you may need to perform the following steps:


  1. Disconnect your Bluetooth
  2. Forget the device in your Bluetooth paired devices 
  3. Re-connect your device’s Bluetooth to the unit. 
  4. The OCPP tab should now be visible. 


If you’re still unable to view this or select it, then we would suggest you power cycle the Wallbox charger. Turn off the power to the Wallbox charger by isolating it at the mains. Wait 10 seconds and power on the device. 


If you still cannot view it, visit the Wallbox website and try to follow these steps or alternatively contact Wallbox customer support.
