My Wallbox charger is unable to charge

By default, Wallbox chargers do not operate in Plug & Charge mode. If you have connected your charger to your vehicle and it appears to be inactive, please check the LED status on your Wallbox charger. 


A yellow halo indicates that your charger will NOT function in Plug & Charge mode and can only operate in smart charging mode.


If you need the charger to operate in Plug & Charge mode or want it to disregard a schedule when not connected to a network, please reach out to [email protected] for assistance, and they will be able to enable that option for you.
