- Access your Bluetooth settings.
- Locate the device, which should appear as WBxxx… Once you’ve identified the device, proceed to unpair or forget it.
- Attempt to pair the device again. When you return to the device, it should prompt you to initiate pairing. If not, you can manually do this by navigating to the “Configurations” menu, selecting “Connectivity,” where it should prompt you to pair, or by accessing your device's Bluetooth settings and pairing it from there.
