My charger can't be found

If you have followed the onboarding steps and your charger can't be found:

  1. Follow the steps here to confirm your charger is connected to a network
  2. Hard-close the app and relaunch it.
  3. If the charger is still not available after connecting to a network there may be a hardware or installation issue, contact support@ev.energy or your installer/charger manufacturer for further assistance

To speed up your enquiry, please provide us with:

  • Your correct email address (if wrong or different)
  • Your Charger ID number


PLEASE NOTE: We'll do our best to help you out. However, ev.energy provide the software solution to your charger, so if the issue is hardware related you will need to contact your installer or manufacturer.
