Please open the Tesla app and confirm your charger was added to your Tesla account.
If you see this screen, it means we have been unable to identify a compatible Wall Connector connected to your Tesla account.

In the event you see the screen below, this means that there isn’t a compatible charger connected to your Tesla account. Confirm the following:
- You are entering in the correct Tesla account username
- You have already commissioned a Tesla Wall Connector to your Tesla account. If you haven’t, you can follow these instructions from Tesla to do so
- You are using a Gen 3 Tesla Wall Connector or a Gen 3 Tesla Universal Wall Connector
