Please confirm your charger is actively plugged in and charging your vehicle. If the status still shows offline, please wait for 15-30 minutes and review the status in the ev.energy app again.
Next, make sure your charger is currently online and activity is being recorded in the Tesla app.
Should your charger be online in the Tesla app and still be offline in the ev.energy app, please reach out to ev.energy customer support to review the validity of your account.
