The basics
Every qualifying smart charge earns you reward points. Collect 30 points and redeem them for vouchers and other rewards in the app. Rewards are one of the core benefits of letting ev.energy manage your charging schedule.
- A smart charge of at least 7 kWh completed in a single session
- Points are credited automatically - nothing to claim manually after each session
- Boost sessions do not count - only scheduled smart charges qualify
- Points expire 12 months after they are earned
Redeeming rewards
- Open the ev.energy app and go to the Rewards tab.
- Browse available rewards and tap one to claim it.
- Points are deducted immediately and the reward is sent to your registered email straight away.
My reward has not arrived
- Check your spam or junk folder first
- Confirm your email address is correct under Settings > Account
- If it has been more than 5 business days, contact support@ev.energy
Why are no rewards showing?
- Your points balance may be below the minimum threshold for available rewards
- You may be on a utility partner programme with a different incentive structure
- You might be in a country where no rewards are available yet
Referral rewards
You can earn bonus points by inviting friends to ev.energy. Go to Settings and tap 'Invite friends' to get your referral code. You both earn points when your friend signs up with your code and completes their first qualifying smart charge.
