As EO discontinues their cloud services and ev.energy takes over the management of EO chargers, please note that our solution operates purely on a software level.
This means that certain settings — such as the Charger Lock — are now controlled through the ev.energy app and are no longer reflected by the LED indicators on your charger.
To check your charger’s current status (e.g. Locked, Charging, or other states previously shown by the LED lights), simply open the ev.energy app, where all status information is now displayed.
