What’s changing?


To be able to keep providing rewards, we need to share more specific data about your charging with the companies who provide energy to your home and your car. We always ask your permission before we share any information with anyone else. Therefore the first time you use our new rewards, we’ll ask you to confirm your  MPAN and home address and agree to this being shared with the Network Operators.



To be able to keep funding rewards, Network Operators are asking for more information from our customers so they can associate the smart charging peak energy savings with a specific energy supply (or MPAN)


Am I losing my old reward points?


Nope! All your reward points will stay. If you want to redeem them after Monday 15th February, you will need to provide your MPAN and home address, and agree to this being shared with the Network Operators.


When is this change effective from?


The new rewards go live on Monday 15th February.
