Can I add a second charger to my account?

At this time, each user account is limited to one charger. If you want to use or manage an additional charger, you’ll need to create a separate account for it.


Why can’t I add more than one charger to my account?

Our system is currently designed to link one charger per account to ensure optimal performance, accurate tracking, and easier management. This approach helps avoid confusion when monitoring usage, settings, or diagnostics for individual chargers.


How do I add a second charger if I already have one linked to my account?

To add a second charger, follow these steps:

  1. Log out of your existing account (the one with your first charger).

  2. Create a new account using a different email address.

  3. Link your second charger to the new account during setup.

This will allow you to manage both chargers separately through their respective accounts.


Can I switch between accounts easily?

Yes. You can log out of one account and into another at any time to access different chargers. If you use both frequently, consider using separate devices to simplify switching.
