Smart Charging enables you to help the National Grid ESO reduce demand on the energy grid.
You can turn Smart Charging off in the ‘Smart’ tab in the ev.energy app. However, please note whilst Smart Charging is turned off you will not receive any rewards or entries into the £1000 prize draw.
If you turn it back on again you will continue to earn rewards and entries. You will continue to receive communications about the Demand Flexibility Service from us unless you formally opt out of the programme by emailing us at support@ev.energy.
