If you have connected your Jaguar account to the ev.energy app by loging in with your Jaguar credentials and your account has disconnected for any reason (perhaps because you changed your password), we will display below error message in the app.


To reconnect, please head to the Account on the bottom left. On the account page, tap on Vehicle Details at the top. Then click on the status of the car (e.g. Connected or Disconnected) in the second row. Finally, accept the permissions request and you will then be prompted to enter your Jaguar login credentials. After entering your credentials, the connection to your vehicle should be restored.
