Reconnecting your Jaguar Account

If you have connected your Jaguar account to the ev.energy app by loging in with your Jaguar credentials and your account has disconnected for any reason (perhaps because you changed your password), we will display below error message in the app.


To reconnect, please tap on cogwheel in the top left hand corner and click on Vehicle Details. Then, click on the status of the car (e.g. Connected or Disconnected) in the second row. Finally, accept the permissions request and you will then be prompted to enter your vehicle login credential. After entering your credentials, the connection to your vehicle should be restored.
