If there are no lights on your Smart Pro:
Does an EV connect to the Smart PRO when the charging connector is plugged in?
- If the answer is no, it’s potentially a Mains Supply Issue.
Check that ALL RCD and Selector Switches supplying the device are turned ON.
- If yes, it’s potentially a Front Interface Panel issue.
Arrange a Site Visit with Indra to inspect the Ribbon cable connectivity.
