• Go to the List of users



  • Click the button Add new user



  • Choose an invitation inside the organization and click Invite User
    • You must have admin permission in the organization, otherwise, you are not able to perform this action.
    • You can invite up to 4 people at a time



  • Put the email of the invited person
  • Assign the right permission
    • ADMIN access - should be generally limited per organisation - a user with this permission can invite other people to the organization
    • WRITE access - a user can modify the settings of the chargers in the organisation
    • READ access - a user can see the chargers and settings in the organization, but is not able to change them



  • Click on Send invitation
