To ensure only you can control your charger, your installer registers your email address with your unique charger serial number during the commissioning process. 


Please make sure you have created a new account using the same email address that you gave to your installer.


If you’re still having problems, contact us so we can help you get set-up. To speed up your enquiry, please provide us with:

- Your correct email address (if wrong or different)

- Your charger serial number (EVHS XXXX) on the side of the unit.

- The name of your installer

- Your home address and postcode.
